I used to headbang and rock out to it at parties, never paying attention to the lyrics back in the day.

A couple of years ago, went on a nostalgia binge while stoned and listened to the song again.

Completely friggin broke down.

Happy lyrics with a sad song, sad lyrics with a happy song, a really good song but with meaningless lyrics or lyrics that are incredibly moving but the actual song is the worst thing you’ve heard. Some examples would be Bad Moon Rising by Creedence Clearwater Revival or When I Was Done Dying by Dan Deacon, in case you were confused of what I was asking.

I'm Noah Steiner, a 19-year-old bassist who is also passionate about app development. I've been playing bass and upright bass for the past 12 years, and throughout my journey, I've had some amazing experiences. Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in the Youth Forum for Computer Science and even made it to the second round of the National Computer Science Competition. Now, I'm eager to combine my love for music with my interest in technology to assist fellow bassists and myself.

Allow me to introduce the Walking Bass Academy app! This app aims to make learning walking bass lines an effortless process by providing exercises on chords, scales, and songs. Additionally, I have plans to incorporate a feedback system and launch an enjoyable learning campaign.

First time I heard this song was for a trailer for 9. I loved the instrumental but then the vocals come out and take me by surprise and I was turned off the song for awhile. But after many replays I enjoy the overall song. What other songs start with an instrumental number and then the vocal starts and it’s DEFINITELY not what you were expecting and, what’s was your experience or thoughts.

The best songs are the ones that trigger emotion in my opinion. Tell us one or some of yours.

i know this is a bit specific but there’s a lot of songs about car crashes and other life/death instances, being thankful to have survived, but does anyone of a song that talks about the opposite - wishing they didn’t?

After seeing a colleague host a panel at SXSW a few years ago about the struggles to get venues and festivals to fulfill their obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, I've started taking note of how accessible the venue is when I attend concerts. It's usually pretty abysmal: lots of required stairs, tight bathroom stalls, no elevated viewing platforms, etc. Sometimes I'll see an interpreter at the main stage at a big tentpole festival, but accommodations for hearing impaired fans are extremely rare.

It begs the question: does anyone actually do a good job of making their concert accessible? Have any of you had positive experiences attending a concert as a disabled person? I've heard plenty of horror stories. I'm just curious if anyone is actually doing it right.

Just to say, all the whole mix isn’t good for me but there are some parts of this mix that it is good, but i’m searching for music like this type of transition between songs. I dont like EDM. I like this music like the link above. Thank you
