Clearing up confusion about content and what should and shouldn't be posted in NiM
Hi everyone,
There's been some confusion on the kinds of images and content that should be posted here. We had that problem last year on our sister sub r/NatureisBrutal so I'm going to provide the link to that discussion so you know the difference between our four main subreddits, what you'll see, what gets posted, and what to expect
This link is to a text based discussion but be warned that the other content in Brutal is... just that. Brutal. So explore the sub at your own risk.
The differences between the four nature subreddits
It is an archived post so you won't be able to comment on it but you can comment here or ask any questions you might have.

Animal Fact Giant Pyrosomes are unusual and glowing colonies in the ocean. The whole colony is shaped like a giant thimble with a point on one end and an opening on the other, and in some species this opening can be up to 6 feet wide, large enough to fit a full grown human inside.
